Safety Statement
Children’s product safety is the foremost issue at Alpha Group. We embed safety and quality into every product and play experience and earned our consumers’ trust and satisfaction.
Alpha Group’s products follow current applicable requirements, including requirements set by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), European Committee for Standardization (CEN), the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and associated regulations, and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) from raw material to finished goods.
In addition to meeting current applicable national and international regulatory standards, we set our own rigorous standards, which are often tougher than global requirements. To ensure our factories comply with our standards, we require testing and quality checks at different stages of the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted by independent, third-party laboratories, by our vendors and by Alpha Group’s internal lab. Alpha Group has built our own independent safety lab to ensure each product meets Alpha Group’s internal requirements. Our Internal lab testing includes panels on toxicology, phthalates, heavy metal, ROHS, etc. We also closely monitor the physical safety of our toys from design to development, manufacturing and distribution, and our internal lab routinely performs tests to identify emerging hazards and ensure our products are safe for our consumers.
